Vikki and Rob, owners of Rave, weren’t sucked in by hipster fads or pretentious lingo. They just wanted to share their love of great coffee with as many people as possible and help turn coffee lovers into genuine coffee aficionados. They had quality products, but they also needed a brand to help them get there.
With the idea, ‘great coffee made simple’ we cut out the jargon and BS, giving Rave a big, bold personality, direct tone of voice and distinctive visual identity. Informing the website UI and brand world; and creating informative added-value mail-outs, we helped the brand and its subscription service become a raving success!
